UNDERSTANDING YOUR NEEDS
All clients are provided with at least a 30 minute intake session to discuss their needs and tax situation.
From this, we will recommend the best services and products to reduce your tax burden and maximize your refund.
Pricing will be discussed and confirmed at this step with all clients.
UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS
Clients are provided with secure access to their Intuit Link site.
Clients can securely upload all of their documents and their information is easily transferred into their return.
Our professionals will review the information provide to prepare the return. Clients can communicate with us via phone, text, or their portal at any time during the process.
FINISH YOUR RETURN
Once our professionals are done, the client will be contacted to schedule a close-out session. Your return will be loaded into your Intuit Link portal for your review and final signatures.
After your meeting, any final changes will be applied. Once you approve and sign off on your return, we are ready to transmit to the IRS. Once your return is accepted, you will receive a final copy for your records.
