She has held positions in various industries ranging from K-12 education, labor unions, advertising, construction management, and non-profit management. Taking her collective skills in financial management and business compliance, she became a tax professional to educate others on improving their tax position to see their businesses grow. Through the word of mouth of trusted clients, she has become a trusted resource for many small business owners and taxpayers. Nichele holds her Bachelor of Science in Business Management, an MBA, and a Juris Master in Compliance and Risk Management.
